Ordered in the morning, it arrived by lunchtime. Sanzhar carried it up to the 4th floor with no lift and wasn't even out of breath. The water is fine, no aftertaste.

All spot on: two bottles, free delivery. Paid the courier by card right there, he had a terminal with him.

For three years we had water delivered by others, and every time it was a lottery — either they'd turn up at nine in the evening or forget to take the empties, and they'd pile up on the balcony six at a time. We switched here after a neighbour recommended it. The first thing I liked was that they ask how many empty bottles to take away. A small thing, but that used to be a constant mess. They deliver in the window I choose and have never moved it once. The water is soft, the kettle is still clean after six months, which is rare for our area. Now I order on a schedule, four bottles every two weeks. The only thing — the first time I didn't understand how the bottle deposit works and had to ask again. But they explained it calmly, without the usual “read it on the website”.

A month later I signed up again at the new address, same as before. It's nice when a company doesn't try to hang on to other people's money.
